- 27 August 2024: Pre-conference workshops, participants can attend one of the available workshops free of charge.
- 28 – 29 August 2024: The conference.

Faculty of Psychology and Social Cultural Sciences (Fakultas Psikologi dan Ilmu Sosial Budaya – FPSB), Universitas Islam Indonesia. The plenary and parallel sessions will be held on the third floor of the faculty building.

Travel Information for International Participants
For international participants, it is recommended to enter Indonesia via Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK) in Cengkareng. From there, you have two options to reach Yogyakarta:
Option A: Flight from Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK) to New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA)
- Buy in advance a flight from CGK to NYIA. You may choose from local airlines such as Garuda Indonesia, Citilink, Batik Air, Lion Air, etc. Depending on the airline you choose, you may transfer to different terminal within Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK). You should consider a transfer time at least four hours from your international arrival time to the local flight departure time.
- NYIA is quite far from the city centre, so after arriving, you can reach the city center by train or taxi.
A. After arriving at NYIA, take the airport train to Yogyakarta Station (commonly known as Tugu Station). Train tickets can be purchased on the spot. However, for the return way from Yogyakarta Station to NYIA, it is recommended to buy the tickets in advance at the Yogyakarta Station or through an application: Access by KAI.
B. After arriving at NYIA, take an online taxi (Grab or Gojek) directly to your hotel.
Option B: Train from Jakarta to Yogyakarta
- Upon arrival at Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK), take the airport bus (DAMRI Bandara) to Gambir Station. Select the destination: Gambir Station. Bus tickets can be purchased on the spot.
- From Gambir Station, continue your journey to Yogyakarta by intercity train, with the destination Yogyakarta Station (Tugu Station). It is advisable to purchase intercity train tickets in advance, as they are often sold out if bought on the spot. Tickets can be bought through the application: Access by KAI.

You can use the similar transportation mode to go back from Yogyakarta to Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK).

The best way to explore the region and reach the conference location is by using online taxis. While there are many taxi companies in Yogyakarta, we highly recommend traveling with Grab or Gojek for convenience and reliability.

IMEI Registration
An IMEI registration is required so that telecommunication devices such as mobile phones, handheld computers, and tablets obtained from outside Indonesia can use Indonesian SIM cards. So, please kindly check the IMEI number of your gadgets. This registration can be done upon arrival at Soekarno Hatta International Airport. Coordinate directly with Customs & Excise officers in the Baggage Claim area or international flight baggage collection by showing your Passport and NPWP.

Accommodation
The campus of Universitas Islam Indonesia is located on the northern side of Yogyakarta city. In general, there are two accommodation options during the conference:
Option 1: Stay in the City Centre
- Travel to the campus (conference location) takes about one hour by taxi.
- Recommended areas to stay include the areas of: Jalan Malioboro, Jalan Pangeran Mangkubumi, and Stasiun Tugu. You can use such areas as keywords for finding an accommodation. There are hundreds of accommodations available within this area.
- This option allows you to enjoy the city vibes at night after the conference.
Option 2: Stay on the North Side of the City
- Travel to the campus (conference location) takes about 30 minutes by taxi.

Currency and Transactions
Many shops, food stalls, and groceries only accept Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) in cash for transactions. Therefore, it is advisable to always carry some Indonesian Rupiah with you.
